I will tell you a secret that I and my father only know. The secret is that we had a journey to Gyeongju and Pohang. First, we went to Bulguksa in Gyeongju and saw a lucky pig. I hope this lucky pass to you.

Second, we went to Pohang. Pohang's sea is very beautiful.  We ate raw fish with good sight. I cherish that time with my father. Through this trip, I could have an honest talk with my father. Did you go to Sokcho??

Sokcho is famous city. Most people alreaady know something. They are MT Sorak, beach, Abay sundae.

But People don't know special things!!

 

I have had a trip in Sokcho for 7days. So I think I knew well than someone. So I will tell you secial things!!

 

First. Eat the fish Barbecue!!

If you go to Sokcho, you wii see the many Restaurants. Most restaurants selled the sundae. But really famous thins is the fish Barbecue in there. I saw the a lot of fishs raised on the table for the first time in my life.

 

Second. Ride the Getbae!!

Getbae is known by 가을동화 in korea drama.

This is a small ship. If you take a Geabae. The funny thing happened. To ride a ship, You must directly drived in the Getbae!!

 

It was surpprised for me when I visited in there. If you feel same thing. Right now go there in the summer vacation!!                                                                                                                                                                               By Carl

When I graduated in elementary in 2002, I watched a movie 'Roman Holiday' and It's very impressed for me because There are not only a beautiful protagonist 'Audrey Kathleen Ruston'(오드리 햅번) but also many beautiful place in Italy especially Rome. So I looked forward to going abroad to Italy to see fantastic landscape, and I went to go Italy in summer vacation 2003.

What I surprised at is Colosseum. Because I have studied an architecture, The monument is more impressed for me. If you speak in the middle in Colosseum without mike, All the people who stay in there can listen a speech. This structure makes me amazed and Nowadays I like to go Italy for this reason.

Another thing you can enjoy is a food 'Gelato‘(젤라또) in The Trevi fountain(트레비 분수). When I eat that, It feels like a smooth Cotton Candy. So eating Gelato, maybe you will not buy Gelato in Korea. That is why It's not real ice cream. Therefore If you want really delicious ice cream. Go Italy and eat many kind of things and look around beautiful sight.

 Hello, from now on, I'll recommend you some great restaurant. Its name is 'ASHLEY' in cheonho. This restaurant is type of buffet. you can eat anytime what you want. Just take a dish and put dishes in your dish. Also, there is very special wine. If you buy 'premium ashley' ticket, you can drink wine with no limited. And If you buy 'Ashley W' ticket. you can use salad bar free. It is nearly the cheonho station 7th exit. You can find it easily. With your friends or family, enjoy this!

 2years later, I went to Guje island.

There are many beatiful views as like sea upper picture^_^

I went there with my college friends and professor Jonh, Dan, Chris and Kate.

It was really fantastic memorey in my life. Because I made good relationship with travel members and I was healed by nature of Guje.

The most memorable to me during travel is food. We were invited Ban JunYeop's house who graduate my college this February and had lived Guje until high school.

There are many kinds of sea food as like upper photo. That foods were catched in the Guje sea before a day.

Anyway Guje is beutiful island as like Jeju.

   When I went aborad to Turkey, I was just 14 but, remembering which place is the best spot for me, I can choose Turkey. There are many palace which show the brilliant Ottoman Empire(오스만 제국). And Sultan(술탄) who is similar to king in the Joseon Dynasty looks be mystic with his castle.

   There is a interesting souvenir in there. Turkey's eyes are there which protect people because when people sleep and night, it always opens their eyes. So when you go to turkey you can find that easily.

   Last thing is very delicious food 'Kabab'(케밥). Today in korea, there are many restaurant making the Kabab but, The Kabab which is in turkey taste is little different. I can't tell what is different exactly, however I think it's very savory and crunchy. There are chef who makes dishes so you can see many interesting, wonderful feat in Kebab's restaurant.

       I want to introduce a festival that is a Water Gun Fight Festival. I heard it through my friend. She told me that if you want to join it, you should visit a facebook site of it and apply for it. so I was look forward to go to the festival. I really wanted to go the Water Gun Fight Festival but I didn't go because I had a little fever at that time. I was so sad that I couldn't go. so I'm waiting for the next festival.

Why don't we go to the next festival together?
